William
B. Baier
Since
joining the firm in 1993, Bill has participated extensively in
Real Estate and mortgage closings as a representative of the Seller,
Purchaser, and Lender. He is adept in all Real Estate matters,
including title review, escrow and short term calculations, RESPA,
and 1099's thus enabling him to handle a particular file from
start to finish.
The
majority of Bill's time, however, is devoted to litigation wherein
he has handled numerous depositions and trials for our firm. Also,
acting as associate local union representative for the firm, Bill
handles a majority of al cases on reduced fee contingency.
