Municipal & Public Authority

Our firm maintains a strong municipal and public authority practice which includes the representation of the Manhasset Park District. We serve as general counsel for said district including its interaction with various boards and other governmental agencies. As general counsel, we provide our clients with legal services including but not limited to drafting, revision, and amendment of local laws, resolutions, contracts, deeds, easements, and other legal instruments.

In addition, our litigation group, headed by Robert Morici, Esq., who serves as Associate Village Magistrate of the Village of New Hyde Park, New York, represents our clients in trials, appeals, mediation, and settlement negotiations, as well as Land Use, Zoning Appeals and Building Code Violation matters.
