Allison Muscara, Esq.

Ms. Muscara graduated cum laude from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from St. Johns University School of Law. Her primary focus is on the firm's real estate transactions, whereby she represents purchasers, sellers, banks and major lending institutions. She not only prepares the loan documents, but she also uses her knowledge of title abstracting to examine and review all pertinent issues. Another of Ms. Muscara's expert areas is matrimonial law in connection therewith, she drafts pleadings, participates in motion practice and attends court conferences. Finally, Ms. Muscara's skills extend to trust and estate issues, upon which she drafts wills and represents clients in probate proceedings, as well as landlord-tenant matters.

Ms. Muscara is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
